Step 1: Select an Uploaded Formatted EDL and Your Complete Footage Database

Select the column letter where file names appear in your database. The system will match the selected characters from the EDL file name to this column.

Step 4: Configure Metadata Extraction

Enter the database columns you'd like added to your EDL file

Enter column ranges (M-S), individual columns (M, O, R, T), both (D-L, O, R, T), or type "All" to extract all columns from the metadata file. The system will extract headers and data from the specified columns.

Output Format

Choose the format for your metadata extraction report.

Processing Options

Remove duplicate entries so each filename and associated metadata appears only once.
Highlight all duplicate filename rows in blue (except first appearance).
Remove rows where EDL filenames did not match any filenames in the database.
